The Web to Lead feature in Loomy360 allows you to create customizable web forms using standard lead fields and custom fields, which you can embed on your website or landing pages via an iframe.
Visitors can fill out their name, email, upload attachments, and provide other relevant details—once submitted, the data automatically creates a new lead in Loomy360.
How to Create a Web to Lead Form
To set up a new Web to Lead form:
-
From the main admin menu, go to Setup → Leads → Web to Lead
-
Click the "New Form" button on the top left
Note: You'll be able to start designing the form only after completing the initial setup.
Initial Form Setup Options
-
Form Name: Give your form a name for internal reference. This name will also appear in the lead's profile when viewing the lead.
-
Language: Used to display validation messages in the selected language.
-
Submit Button Text: Customize the call-to-action text for your form (e.g., “Contact Us” or “Request a Quote”).
-
Success Message: Enter the message you want users to see after they successfully submit the form.
-
Allow Duplicate Leads?:
If disabled, Loomy360 will prevent duplicate leads by creating a task instead of a lead. All form data will appear in the task description, allowing the responsible staff member to review and take appropriate action. -
Source: Set the default lead source for this form.
-
Status: Define the lead status the system should assign after form submission.
-
Responsible: Automatically assign the lead to a specific team member.
-
Notification Settings: Users will be notified based on their selected notification preferences. The assigned staff member will also receive an email notification if the corresponding template isn’t disabled under Setup → Email Templates → New Lead Assigned to Staff Member.
-
Recaptcha: Enable Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam submissions. This option is only available if you've already configured your reCAPTCHA keys in the system.
Form Builder & Integration Code
Once the form is created, you’ll see two additional tabs:
-
Form Builder:
Design your form by adding and arranging the fields you want users to fill out. -
Integration Code:
This is the embed code you’ll place on your website to display the form. Each form has a unique key included in the link to ensure proper tracking.
