To add a new lead, go to the Leads section from the main menu on the left and click the "New Lead" button.
For a quicker option, you can also use the Quick Create menu. Simply click the caret icon at the top left of the screen and select "New Lead." This will open a pop-up form regardless of which page you're currently on inside Loomy360.
If you mark a lead as Public, it will be visible to all staff members. If left unmarked, the lead will only be visible to the assigned staff member, the creator, and administrators.
If you want to give a specific staff member permission to view all leads, you can configure this in their role permissions.
Who Can See Leads?
All staff members can create leads, but non-admin staff will only be able to view leads under these conditions:

They created the lead themselves.

The lead is marked as Public.

They are assigned to that lead, even if it was created by someone else.
Contacted Today Checkbox
If you’ve already reached out to the lead on the same day you’re adding them, make sure to leave the “Contacted Today” field checked. Loomy360 will automatically update the database to reflect this.
