A Segment helps narrow down and filter your list of Leads from the Lead Menu, allowing you to target specific Leads for a campaign.
While the Lead Menu displays your complete collection of Leads, a Segment is designed to apply specific filters and identify only those Leads who meet the criteria for a particular campaign.

Step 1: Click on Create Segment → Fill in the required details → Go to the Filters tab → Set your desired filter conditions to generate the targeted Lead / Customer list.
