Assets Management

The Assets screen allows you to upload and manage various file types, including images, videos, audio files, PDFs, ZIP archives, DOCs, Excel files, and more. These files are primarily used within the Email screen for campaign or communication purposes.


1. Creating an Asset

  • Step 1: Go to the Component menu → Open the Assets screen → Click the Add button.

  • Step 2: The system will display the Add New screen. Fill in the required fields and click Save to store the asset.

Field Descriptions:

  • Name: Provide a name for the asset.

  • Category: Select a category. This comes from the Category screen where the type is set as Asset.

  • Change point when downloading: Specify how many points to award or deduct for a Lead/Customer upon downloading the email attachment.

    Note: Downloads done via the direct link in the View Asset screen do not trigger point changes.

  • Color: Pick a color for better organization and filtering.

  • Published: Choose whether to make the asset publicly available.

  • Description: Add a detailed description of the file and its purpose.

  • Attachment: Upload the file to be used as the asset.


2. Viewing an Asset

  • Step 1: Go to the Component menu → Open the Assets screen → Click the View button for the desired asset.

  • Step 2: A screen will appear showing detailed information about the asset.

Key Features:

  • Copy Link: Allows copying the direct download link to the file.

  • Chart Statistics: Displays a chart with daily download statistics for the asset.

    Note: Downloads through email attachments are not counted in this chart.


3. Editing an Asset

  • Step 1: Navigate to the Assets screen → Click the Edit button next to the asset you want to modify.

  • Step 2: Make the necessary changes in the displayed form → Click Save to apply updates.


4. Deleting an Asset

  • Open the Assets screen from the Component menu → Locate the asset to remove → Click the Delete function corresponding to that record.
