Create a Proposal
To create a proposal in Loomy360, follow these steps:

From the main menu, go to Sales → Proposals.

Click the Create Proposal button located at the top-left corner.

Choose whether the proposal is related to a Lead or a Customer.

Select the specific lead or customer. The relevant information will automatically populate on the right-hand side, but you can edit it as needed.

Status – The default status will be set to Draft. Proposals in draft status are not visible to customers. The Open status means the proposal is available for the customer to take action (e.g., accept or decline).

Open Till – Set the date until the proposal remains valid. You can configure the default number of days under Setup → Settings → Finance → Proposal to automatically fill this field.

Currency – When creating a proposal for a lead, you can choose any currency. For a customer, Loomy360 will use either the system base currency or the customer’s assigned currency.

Allow Comments – If unchecked, the recipient won’t be able to comment on the proposal (e.g., to negotiate terms or pricing).

Click Save to create the proposal and proceed to add its content.
Add Proposal Content
After saving, you will be redirected to the Preview Area where you can add and edit the proposal content.

By default, the proposal body will include the merge field {proposal_items}, which automatically displays all proposal items in the generated PDF or when viewed online.

To add additional content, simply click in the editor and start typing your text or add elements as needed.
