Create a New Invoice

To create a new invoice in Loomy360, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Sales → Invoices from the main menu.

  2. Click on the Create New Invoice button.


Select Customer Information

  • When you select a customer, their details will be automatically retrieved from their profile.

  • You can also click the Edit icon to manually update or add customer information. This option also applies to billing details.

  • Note: For billing details to populate automatically, the information must be added to the customer’s profile in advance.


Billing and Shipping

  • If you modify the billing or shipping details after selecting a customer, these changes will only apply to the current invoice and will not overwrite the information in the customer profile.


Currency

  • The currency is automatically selected based on the default system currency or the currency assigned to the selected customer.

  • If a customer has a specific currency (e.g., USD), it will be automatically applied and cannot be changed.


Invoice Number

  • Invoice numbers are auto-generated in sequence (e.g., 00012, 00013).

  • This sequence is configured in Setup → Settings → Finance → Invoice → Next Number.

  • You can also adjust the next invoice number from this settings area if needed.


Customer Notes & Terms

  • Customer notes will be visible to the client on both the online and PDF versions of the invoice.

  • You can either add terms and conditions directly while creating the invoice or use predefined terms.

  • To set predefined terms, go to Setup → Settings → Finance → Invoice and update the relevant fields.
