To send a survey using Loomy360, go to the survey’s edit area and click on the "Send Survey" tab located on the right side.
You can choose from the three predefined mail lists, or create your own custom mail lists by navigating to:
Surveys → Mail Lists
Additionally, if you click on Customers or Leads, you can target specific groups of customers or leads based on group membership or lead status.
Survey Options to Review Before Sending
Before sending your survey, double-check the following related options:

Survey Short Description (View Description – Optional):
This is the HTML section where participants will respond to the survey questions. -
Survey Description (Email Description):
This controls the content of the email sent to recipients. It’s recommended to include the{survey_link}
merge field so recipients can easily access and complete the survey.Note: If you’re only sending a general mass email and not using Loomy360's survey feature, the
{survey_link}
field is not required. -
From (Displayed in Email):
This is the optional FROM header that appears in the email. Leave it blank to use the default email address configured under:
Setup → Settings → Email
If you choose to set a custom sender email, ensure it's from your domain and exists. Improperly configured sender addresses can trigger spam filters. -
Only for Logged-in Participants (Staff, Customers):
If this option is checked, do not select other mail lists. This restricts the survey to logged-in users only. You may also want to update the email content to inform participants that they must log in to complete the survey.
GDPR Compliance
If GDPR is enabled in your system and you've activated consent tracking for contacts or leads, you can limit the survey distribution to those who have given consent for a specific purpose.
For example, if you created a consent purpose like "Receive survey emails", you can select that from the dropdown. Only those contacts or leads who have explicitly agreed to that purpose will receive the survey.
