Navigate to the Projects section from the sidebar.

Click “New Project” at the top-right.

Fill in essential details like Project Name, Customer, Billing type, Members, Start/End dates, Description, etc.

Make sure “Allow customer to view milestones” is enabled.

After saving your project:

Go into the project details.

There should be a "Milestones" tab or section.

Click “Add Milestone”.

Input the milestone name, start date, due date, and optionally, description or color.

Save to create the milestone.

You can also drag-and-drop tasks into milestones for organization
