The first step is to set up an estimate request form. In Loomy360, you can create as many estimate request forms as needed. To do this as an admin user, follow these steps:
-
Go to Setup → Estimate Request → Forms.
-
Click New Form.
-
Enter the form name for easy identification, e.g., "Website Estimate Request".
-
Language – Select the language to be used (currently applies to validation messages only).
-
Submit button text – Customize the button text (e.g., Request a Quote or Contact Us) to match your requirements.
-
Success message – Define the message shown to users once the form is submitted successfully.
-
Status – Choose the default status the estimate request will have after it is saved in the Loomy360 database.
-
Responsible – Assign the estimate request to a specific staff member automatically.
-
Notification settings – Notify selected users via Loomy360’s built-in notifications. The assigned staff member will also receive an email if the Estimate Request Assigned (Sent to Staff) email template is enabled under Setup → Email Templates.
-
reCAPTCHA – Integrate Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam submissions (keys must be configured beforehand).
After creating the form, two additional tabs will appear:
-
Form Builder – Here, you can design and organize the form fields as required.
-
Integration Code – This provides the unique code needed to embed the form on your website.
Add Fields to the Form
To add fields, drag and drop them into the form area. The Email field must always be present and marked as required.
Customize the Fields
You can modify labels, placeholders, help text, and set fields as required. Once a field is added, hover over it in the form builder to access Edit, Copy, or Remove options.
