Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to identify common transportation challenges faced by the autistic and disabled community. We seek your input as autistic and disabled adults and as families of them to identify common transportation challenges.

Your input will be used to create new methods of transportation that will enable disabled people to get to and from appointments, medical visits, jobs, school, grocery stores, etc.
